• Suitable for polishing / Finishing Non-Ferrous Metal Parts, rigid plastics and precision parts etc.
• The Magnetic tumbler has multi-effects of chip removing / deburring , Chamfering, Polishing/Finishing and cleaning etc.
• It is also used for polishing irregular parts such as the blind angle or cracks of hole parts, tubulous parts.
• Suitable for polishing and grinding metals like gold, silver, copper, aluminum, zinc, magnesium, iron, stainless steel,and non-ferrous metals like hard plastics. Ideal for precision parts, achieving deburring, chamfering, polishing, and cleaning. Works wonders on irregular shapes, holes, tubes, and hard-to-reach areas. The process is automated, fast, and safe.

Operation Tips

• Adjustment: Start with a few workpieces, gradually adding more until rotation slows but remains continuous. Imbalance or stillness will result in uneven polishing and longer processing time.
• Preparation: Before first use, clean workpiece surfaces of oil and grease. Oil can discolor workpieces, pins, water, and the polishing tank. Use cleaning solution and run the machine empty for 30 minutes (preferably with water changes every 15 minutes) to clean pins and tank.
• Usage Cautions: The machine has an overheat protection feature that pauses operation. Allow it to cool before resuming. When using new magnetic pins, run them with water and 10g of magnetic paste for 20 minutes before adding workpieces. Magnetic paste enhances shine, corrosion resistance, and oxidation protection.

Special Note

• The magnetic polisher primarily removes surface burrs, chamfers, and polishes holes/crevices, but it doesn't achieve a mirror finish.
• Post-polishing manual work may be needed to remove traces.
