Our flat lap diamond discs are available in thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 1.5mm. For a rough grind, select the thicker rough grit discs that contain larger particles. On the other hand, for precision grinding with minimal material removal, choose a fine grit disc. We offer 16 different grit options, from the initial grinding with #60 to the fine polishing with #3000.

Several of our clients have obtained successful results on glass edge polishing with the #320 grit and above discs to avoid chipping. However, we would like to inform you that individual results may differ.
